A working farm involved in the production of wildflower seed with a wildlife garden which has a pond, marsh, woodlands, a rockery, chalk bank, drystone wall, spring and summer meadows with wild flowers, native trees or shrubs. Fields of 40 acres of wildflowers and 1 mile of wildlife hedge have colour and varied wildlife along with a larger pond with a wetland meadow and picnic site and children's play area. There are seasonal demonstrations of equipment: harvesting of seed and the operation of the seed cleaner.
